How does your pricing work?+
We work in scoped monthly engagements with transparent pricing and no long-term contracts. You see what you're paying for and get weekly updates, so there are no black boxes. After a quick call we scope the work to your goals and budget and send a clear price before anything starts.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?+
No. We don't lock clients into long-term contracts. Engagements are scoped month to month, so you stay because the work is good, not because a contract says you must.
Do you work remotely or only with Leicester clients?+
We work with clients anywhere and are based at 78 Friday Street, Leicester, UK. Most of our work happens remotely with weekly updates and a reply within one working day, and we're happy to meet in person if you're local. Where you're based makes no difference to how we run a project.
What should I bring to the strategy call?+
